  • To step out of the comfort zone, focus and concentration are essential. Therefore, special breathing and relaxation exercises according to Isabelle’s unique method are used. These exercises help develop a strong focus and concentration. Considering the self-confidence gained after a plunge into the ice bath, you’ll find yourself approaching daily challenges with more determination and significantly reducing procrastination.

Stress

  • In recent years, the number of burnouts has increased, and the average age at which people experience them has decreased. Managing stress is therefore receiving more attention. When people experience stress, they often react by fighting, fleeing, or freezing. During the ice bath, participants become aware of these coping mechanisms and learn how to move through resistance by letting go. The ice bath helps strengthen both body and mind.
